If a space is available, a rental agreement can be concluded within just a few days. It is our strategy to always maintain a small vacancy so that determined entrepreneurs can move in quickly.
Yes, a 10% rent reduction can be granted during the first year.
No rental deposit is required. A one-off move-in fee is payable alongside the first month's rent.
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month.
The rental price includes fully developed, air-conditioned office spaces: unfurnished in lockable offices, and furnished (desk, cabinet, lamp, but no chair) in the open space. A large color printer on the floor is also available for use. All other items required must be provided by the startup itself.
The founding date of a company is secondary for us. More important are the ambitions, the entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to innovate.
No. What is more important is whether the company is making visible progress, be it in terms of product development, market development or personnel development. A reorientation and a new start are also okay. Good things sometimes take time.

Rental agreements are generally concluded for a one-year term. In special cases, a mutual notice period of three months may be agreed upon.
Yes, our tenants and their employees can participate free of charge. Members of the association as well as in-kind partners also have access to exclusive events (for example, the Economic Outlook with Rudolf Minsch, Chief Economist of economiesuisse, or networking evenings with the opportunity to present their own company). In general, our activities are free, as we are committed to fostering entrepreneurship.
