Together with the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, ONZACK examined the market for its new solution—and gained exciting insights.
Hyuston – that’s the name of the new solution from ONZACK. In addition to its existing services, the TPGR startup wants to offer a unified observability platform for Kubernetes clusters as a service. This allows companies to focus their resources on their core business while the platform monitors the performance and stability of their clusters. The technological core is based on proven open-source software, supplemented by guaranteed data storage in Switzerland and 24/7 support from Switzerland.
To find out whether there is sufficient demand for this offering, ONZACK applied for an innovation check from Innosuisse. Due to its proximity and existing expertise, this was deliberately redeemed at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. As a lecturer at the Swiss Institute for Entrepreneurship (SIFE), project manager Sebastian Früh and his team conducted a comprehensive product-market fit analysis.
The analysis consisted of two parts:
ONZACK will use the results of the innovation check to establish the cost and revenue structure and calculate possible scenarios. This will provide the basis for deciding whether and in what form the product idea will be pursued further.
